We are strong in our belief that blind litigation in credit management matters ought to be discouraged and that a commercial assessment be undertaken before any legal process is pursued.

• Investigative inquiry into the safety of your security (with or without the borrower);

• Advising on preferred recovery strategies;

• Managing any litigation process / formal appointment through third parties / working with external parties via any statutory trustee, Receiver and Manager or mortgagee in possession appointment; and
